Legaris Roble is 100% made from the Tinto Fino variety. The grapes come from their own vineyards planted on loamy-sandy, alluvial and lazy soils.
For its elaboration, after a gentle destemming of the grapes, it was transferred to the tanks, where it underwent a pre-fermentation maceration at a low temperature. Subsequently, the must fermented at a controlled temperature of 24ºC with the intention of preserving its varietal aromas. The total fermentation process lasted from 10 to 12 days. After this, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Finally, Legaris Roble rested for about 3 months in American oak barrels. To refine the wine, it was clarified with egg albumin and a slight filtration was made.
