The Lemon-yellow Sauvignon Blanc, with a slightly greenish shine, stands out for its refreshing aromas of fruits such as currant and gooseberry as well as its delicate note of green pepper. Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh white wine that is long on the palate. On the palate it reveals abundant juicy flavors: the perfect balance between fresh acidity and discreet mineral notes.

It pairs perfectly with seafood, fish and crunchy salads. Our monovarietal Sauvignon Blanc also combines very well with Mediterranean vegetable and antipasti dishes.
